UGH. Been getting this damn error for the past couple of hours:
F932: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are conducting maintenance which prevents us from updating your account information. Please retry your transaction again in one hour.
I was having the same issue. I finally called AT&T, after 20 minutes of trying to add the feature to my account the rep told me he'd call me back after looking into it some more. About 15 minutes later he called back and said it still wasn't working and that he and others would need to do some extended research into the matter and that he would call me back when they were done. That was several hours ago.
I have the 450 minute plan for $39.99 and the 2 GB Data Pro with 1000 messages at the moment. I also get a FAN discount, but I doubt that would be screwing things up.

You could buy the "iPak". It comes with 2 cases, one for your iPod, and one for your accessories. TIP: They sell them at TJMaxx and Marshalls for cheap!!!!! Buy them there!!!!!

I will rather wait for some unbiased 3rd party tests before making any conclusions. Of course AMD praises their own product in their own tests. The Intel machine could be running ancient drivers for example.

maybe i'm looking at this with a closed mind, but what else can they add to a phone that isn't out there already? i mean, e-mail, browser, talking, texting, IMing, music, camera, calendar, note pad, games, voice recording it's all already out there. i guess if you can sync your iTunes having video playback that'd be kind of new... but i have video on my razr it just holds like a 4 second video.
iPod scrollwheel and interface, end of story. There are music playing phones out there, but their interfaces are all clunky compared to the iPod. I think the idea with the iPhone will be that when you are not using the phone features, you can use it just like the iPod. Which probably means that it will be a slider phone (like the LG Chocolate except with a real scrollwheel instead of a face one), but we'll see.

Yea! That's exactly it! Here's another shot of the Z4. I like this one a bit better but something is still off about it to me.

I tried stamping that pole out thats in front of the car but after comparing the photos it didn't look right to me. So I just left it. Screw it. I also tried that radial gradient tool to get that kind of sun flare effect. I don't think I'm doing it right.

I've got a Video TS that Toast won't make into a DVD Video for me (it was taken from the TV and is evidently copy-coded) and I want to make a DVD Video that is playable on my DVD player. I'm making a Disk Image using DVD Imager so what is the next step? Can you make it very simple for me cos I'm a bit of a brain-donor-thanks!:D

To prove false advertisement, you must be able to prove certain facts to be true. There are 5 requirements. The first one is the relevant fact to this case.
That being....a false statement of fact has been made about the advertiser's own or another person's goods, services, or commercial activity.
The seller stated what he was selling in the auction. That disqualifies this requirement.
No prosecutor in this country would even offer this case to a grand jury.
Yes....I think this is legal.
Congrats on finishing your first semester of law school. Couple more things you will learn in the next couple of years:
1. Illegal does not mean criminal. There are many laws that create liability that are not criminal. Any tort law, for example. Copyright laws are another example. Thus, no one cares what any prosecutor would do.
2. You don't need a grand jury for all criminal charges. You definitely don't need one for false advertising.

Who is going and what time are you getting there? I hear from mall security that doors will not open to the mall until 6am and that no lines will be allowed to form outside the mall before then :-/
