You need visa to enter or exit. When you exit you need to turn in I94 on the pp with the stamp of your entrance as well as your new extension. On entrance they will check the old visa and write down the visa number on the new I94 that they officer will provide. The I94 usually has the visa duration as the end date. Next you apply for an amended h4 to reflect the new I94 number which was provided at the POE. Asfar as I know the I94 date is always linked to a visa and not the Notice of Action. when i faced the same issue this what I was told.

There is lot of information in some of the old threads on this forum.
I was looking for it when I had appointment in Nogales. I ended up canceling that appointment and went to Calgary,Canada Instead.

I got the same email like you later in the day today. 485 is not in the USCIS office where it was transferred. Hopefully they will work on our cases soon.

I applied online for EAD on 10/23, no finger priting notice yet was asked to wait 30 days to enquire about it. All materials sent to NSC as mentioned, my I-485 is pending at TSC. Did anyone go through the same delay?
that is how ineffecient they are, best thing you can do is, site that your h1 will expire and u dont have plans of h1 renewal and u planning to use EAD, i dont know what else could be more extreme than not having an EAD when you want to use it :)

We are taking these images as source data for visual rendering. We need to capture all data from nominal light levels up to the solar disk into one hemispherical image. To learn more about what HDR is, here's are some sites:
