just took a look, and these guys have an interesting story about Apple ceasing to use Rendezvous as a brand. I didn't see that on MacRumors, so I might check out Cafe Macs every now and then. Every other site I've seen has had redundant news, but this caught me by surprise.

I gladly paid the $3 for tweetie 1.0, after trying it cracked for 5 minutes (and no i don't have any cracked apps anymore). I gladly paid $3 again when 2.0 came out, and will yet again if 3.0 is also paid, because I have a job and can afford nice things, like a $3 app, and an iPhone.

educating people as an industry? Who does jobs think he is? Most of the population may be below average to his economical standards... but what the f was that? People know more than he thinks... It is simple for Apple to track anyone on a cellular network and using an iPhone... but it isn't worth the legal risk is it, if the person's' being tracked isn't worth it... but if Apple or anyone really wanted to... there is nothing to stop it with the infrastructure of iOS and cellular networks today...
What proportion of iPhone users do you think understand what a cache is? How about what cell tower triangulation is? How about the Core Location framework? Most people don't understand the finer points of how their phone works. The vast majority don't care and just want it to work and not do anything nefarious. As phones get smarter, there are only going to be more things that people don't understand - I think he makes a fair point.

Alright so I jailbroke my iPod touch 3rd gen with 4.2.1 using Redsn0w, and installed cydia just fine, however while using cydia the iPod shut off unexpectedly, now as I'm trying to "Just boot tethered right now" the jailbreak gets stuck on "exploiting with limera1n". Help please?

I have just started my own webpage using iweb but wen I go to the webpage that apple set up for me it takes me to my google apps webpage that is blank.
I dont want to use the google apps page I want to use the iweb one how do I fix this??

When the next iPhone does come out how will iPhone 4 Verizon customers be able to upgrade? Do you think that Verizon and AT&T will work out an early upgrade for them?

In the state of North Carolina if someone unlawfully enters your home you can open fire. Hunting gets old, I'd like to legally bag a dumbass too LOL.

I'm looking for a good dock that I can use my iPod nano and iPhone 3g with. I'm going for sound clarity and good volume.. and would like to budget at around $100.
Would prefer one that works with an AC Adapter as well as battery's.

Turn your EQ into a smile, remove all the mids and boost the tops and bass for that (rather horrid) crunchy, digital sounding distortion.
Sorry, not a fan of that sort of guitar sound really, it always sounds too processed and a little 'phoney', if that's the right way to describe it.
Good luck with the project though, it's always nice to hear people getting into audio work :)

I might add that a CDMA phone, that can't offer simultaneous data transfer and voice is annoying (has it happens I have often offered directions to friends that haven't yet jumped in the smartphone world), but more importantly if you travel to europe it's mostly GSM territory, your phone becoming useless.
I really hope that the next iteration of the iPhone be global device.

I had .mac two years ago but didn't renew it. I use Fastmail.fm for email and have a reseller web hosting account with gigabytes of space, and pay less than $99/year for both. Here's the things that would make me consider paying for .mac:
